We will discuss developing a sense of wonder, values, strengths, reframing, balancing your thinking, mindfulness, and more. I am a scientist by training and have been teaching resiliency since January 2018. I have a diverse background from lactation counseling, domestic violence advocacy, diversity centers, the science of well-being, fitness, Ayurveda diet, and program management. I have overcome anxiety, insomnia, and passive aggression using cognitive behavioral therapy and effective communication.
